How to Play Bananabblegum

Bananabepuzzle is the latest spin on the classic board game. The game comes in two flavors, ‘Speedball’ and ‘Spill Nation’. Each contains their own unique strategy that you have to learn and adapt to. That’s where we begin.

The Speedball version of this exciting word game comes with a simple but appealing design. You’ll see a pile of seven cards before you. Your objective will be to get your team to the bottom by making as many words as you can before your opponents do.

You start off with seven cards in your hand, which are all in the shape of an X. On the turn you get to place any five of those cards anywhere on the playing field. The catch is that you cannot place them there until your opponents do. You can place them anywhere else on the playing field, though.

On the second turn you may play any of your five cards from the top of your deck in any order. Once your opponents have placed their cards into the pile where they are supposed to go, you must then choose the order and the position of these cards. For instance, you may choose to put the Ace card on the left and the King card on the right. This is called choosing ‘order’ and you must stick to it if you want to win.

Bananabibblegum strain is a game that gives you a lot of opportunities for strategic thinking. You have a finite amount of time available to play, but that doesn’t mean you have to play quickly. Each turn you have the chance to think carefully about what you’re going to do. The key is to know exactly what your card deck has available to you.

Each time you play the game you’ll be dealt a new hand of cards. The remaining deck always contains fifty cards. Of these, twenty-four will be in reserve, and the other twelve will be placed around the playing area in such a way that they aren’t accessible to you. When you play Bananabublegum, the cards are placed in piles depending on which player’s turn they are played.

As you play, you’ll move through a variety of rounds, at the end of which you’ll be asked to pick up and discard a card. Once this is done, and only once, you’ll gain access to the twelve “stacks” of cards at the right side of the playing area. At this point, you can look at any of the cards on the left and use the dashes to indicate which suit they are (A, S, R, L, and J). You can’t play with more than twelve stacks at any one time. That means that you’re limited to playing with at most two at a time, though you may wish to add more once you have more of an idea about what you are doing.

At this point, the object is to go through all of the decks of cards and whittle it down into a pile of cards that you wish to play with. You can’t reveal the contents of the stacks you currently have, nor can you make moves on the cards in any way, though you can easily make new piles. If you wish to make a new stack of cards, you must reveal all of the stacks. Bananabblegum is a highly competitive game, in large part because of its nature as a bluffing game. If you aren’t careful, you’ll spend a lot of time trying to figure out how to bluff your way to the top.
