The ingredient list of BANANABRA BEGGUM is absolutely huge. It literally lists hundreds of different ingredients, many of which you probably won’t have heard of. You’ll see that there are ingredients like; dates, sesame seeds, brown rice syrup, honey, and even tea! There are other ingredients that I’m not so sure about and some that are pretty common, but are still listed in the puzzle game.
Now it’s time to talk about the game itself. Well first of all the rules of the game are a pretty standard; you have to draw faces with the letters A to Z from a grid. You also have to put the correct picture into your grid. Now the ingredients in BANABUBBLEGUM seem pretty random, but in reality they actually do make sense.
Bananas and honey are fairly well known foods that stimulate our appetite. That’s exactly what happens here. The ingredients work together to make you hungry. The picture when you eat your fruit is kind of like the banana in our hand. Except this time instead of pulling it out we’ll just bite it right now.
Ok, now lets talk about the actual game play of BANABBLUE. The first part or rule of the game is to draw all the letters A to Z on your Bananabuble. After you have drawn all the letters, place them in any order you like, but don’t put them together. You can mix up the letters if you like.
So lets say you draw banana. Then you may wish to combine an apple and a little bit of milk to make a nice little dessert. Or you could mix up your favorite foods and create your own mix of fruits, like oranges and bananas or peaches and watermelon or blueberries and pears or whatever else you might like. Mix up the ingredients just like you did with your letters and place them in the appropriate slot on your Bananabuble.
Next comes the fun part, playing the words. You’ll notice that after you draw the words that are on the Bananabuble they appear in a random order. They will be in the shape of words that you create. The word BANANA will be in the shape of a banana.
Now you may want to try a little twist on the game. What if there was only one word in the bottle? You could try that by picking any two words from the top of the bottle and putting them into a slot on the Bananabulum. For example “banana” and “pork”. After putting these words into the slots you will notice that they are now in the positions of words you created in the game. In other words now you can rearrange the letters in the words to form new words.
Try this with different words. Try BANANA BABY for a change and see what happens. You’ll either get more words to play with or you’ll find that you can’t complete your first try. That’s okay, don’t worry. Once you’ve gotten a few of the hang of Bananabubblegum Strain you can move onto trying to solve the mystery of what is in the bottle.
There are a lot of words in the English language that have absolutely nothing to do with food. Some of these words are just as strange as those that you might play with in Bananabuble. You might wonder how this game is supposed to be fun at all. Well the answer is that it doesn’t have to be.
The great thing about Bananabumbler is that it is not constrained by the rules of traditional grammar. In fact if you think you might run out of words to play with it is very easy to go back and revise your choices. This way you never run out of words and you always have something to say. Just in case there was anyone reading who was wondering what you were talking about.
This is not a game where you tell someone where to sit down and tell them a bunch of words. It’s too much trouble. You can learn the rules of the game though and you don’t even need any other people to play with. This makes Bananabuble the perfect game for you and a few friends to get together and play. Once again though you don’t have to worry about playing it with anyone else and you can sit back and relax.
Of course there are a lot of people who love playing this game with their family. They can all sit together and play. This way they can make up words that might sound odd and see which words make the most sense. This also makes for some wonderful bonding moments. Maybe when mom or dad says a word that’s a little odd the kids can make fun of it. You never know when that funny word might turn into a real word.
