The Varieties of Lemons and Their Use

The Lemon Bubblegum strain is a mixture of two of the most popular strains. The strain is called the Indica and the Hybrids. Both these strains are known for their resistance to mold, viruses and bacteria. One strain has even been shown to resist the very strongest of antibiotic’s. The hybrid flowering time is just a little longer then the Indica.

Both of these strains are also known for their tolerance to drought and heat. This is why the Lemon Bubblegum is so commonly used by gardeners. There are no hard feelings when you use this strain because it has been approved by the United States FDA (Food and Drug Administration). This strain has been shown to be resistant to some common forms of Botulism.

The Hybrid strain produces a lot more Lemon Grass than does the Indica. This is the reason that this particular strain has been shown to be resistant to Botulism. In fact, there have been several Botulism case studies where this specific strain was the cause of botulism. The Botulism spores are very small and they do not grow or spread very quickly. The strain has been shown to be resistant to at least one other common fungal disease as well.

This particular strain of lemon has also been proven to not be affected by the root rot fungus. A natural combatant for this fungus is lime. So the lime in the soil around your plants will kill any disease causing organisms. This is a natural way to protect your plants against lemons. As an added benefit, the juice of the lemon will also discourage disease loving birds from attacking your crops.

It should be noted that the juice of the lemon is an antioxidant and it has been scientifically proven to have a positive effect on the health and the growth of healthy plants. This juice will also deter insects from destroying your plants. If you find that birds are getting on them, just add a little bit more of the lemon juice to the soil each time you water.

It is important that you do not over-water your citrus fruit plants when you first begin giving them this concentrate of juice. Over watering can cause wilting and eventually even the death of your plants. When you first start, give them half a pound of juice per gallon. As your plants become accustomed to the concentration of juice, you can increase this amount up to a quarter pound of lemon per gallon.

There are several types of citrus blossoms that make good growing lemon trees. Some of the most popular include; tart, grapefruit, clementine, tangerine and mandarin.
